Foundations of Human Movement:
Exploring Developmental Patterns

Reconnect with the body’s natural wisdom through this experiential class in developmental movement. Guided by somatic principles, this practice explores the movement patterns that support growth from pre-birth to early childhood — rolling, creeping, crawling, sitting, and walking.

Through mindful movement, we will explore how these early patterns build the foundation for coordination, organization, balance and efficiency throughout life.

● An embodied sense of connection and presence

● Practical ways to support your infant’s natural movement and development No prior experience is needed — simply bring curiosity and a willingness to explore.
